WHAT IS MOBILIZATION WEEKEND?

Mobilization Weekend is for junior and senior college students preparing for graduation. The purpose of this weekend is to help upcoming graduates grow in an awareness of what maturity in the Christian life looks like upon graduating. There will be time to connect with and hear from church members on topics such as the local church, expectations for transitioning, and evangelism outside of college.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The Mobilization Weekend costs $20. This cost includes meals and activities throughout the weekend.

 

MOBILIZATION SCHEDULE

    • 6-10pm Arrive at Pastor Zach’s house for dinner and connecting

    • 9 am Arrive at Grace Presbyterian Church - Coffee & Donuts in the Front Porch room 

    • 9:30-10:30 am Session #1- Importance of the Local Church

    • 10:45-11:45 am Session #2- Transitioning from College

    • 12-1 pm Lunch 

    • 1-2 pm Session #3- Evangelism

    • 2:15-3:15 pm Session #4- Workshop

    • 4:00 - 7:00 pm Dinner at Host’s House

    • 7 pm Late night hang at the Putt Club in East Peoria

    • 9:30 am Sunday School - Juniors: College, Seniors: Young Adult

    • 10:30 am Church Service

    • 12 pm Post-Church Lunch provided in Senior High Room
